2. Appointments and cancellation

• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled in consultation.
• If an appointment is not cancelled in time, the reserved time may be charged.

3. Health and personal responsibility

The client informs the practitioner in advance about relevant medical circumstances. If in doubt, consult your doctor or healthcare provider.

4. Payment

Rates are listed on the website. Payment takes place according to the offered payment method and term.

5. Liability

Masseur Joost is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant treatment, insofar as permitted by law.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via the contact details on the website. We will always first look for a suitable solution together.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
